The hamlet of Mandavy is in the commune of St Projet which is less than a mile
   away. In this region of the Tarn et Garonne we are surrounded by beautiful quiet
   countryside with picturesque lanes ideal for walking, cycling or just driving

   We are situated approximately 7 miles from Caylus which dates from medieval
   times, where there is a tourist information office, an excellent restaurant with a
   varying menu and other bars and cafes to relax in. Other facilities in Caylus include
   a bank, pharmacy, doctor & dentist's surgeries and a variety of other shops. On a Tuesday morning is a small
   open market in the square.

   Villefranche de Rouergue is approximately 15 miles away and offers many restaurants
   and a variety of shops and also a large open market every Thursday morning in the beautiful old square and surrounding
   streets, this is said to be one of the largest street markets in France!
